The "Kotobuki Course" begins with three delicacies, followed by a sea treasure salad of colorful vegetables and luxurious caviar, including spiny lobster! A five-piece sashimi platter of fresh fish caught that morning is also included. ♪ The ever-popular crab topped omelet in dashi broth and a five-piece tempura platter (small pufferfish, large shrimp, sweet potato, pumpkin, lotus root) are also included! Three types of yakitori carefully grilled over charcoal, grilled beef tongue, and more are served, and the final course is Shinshu Togakushi soba, considered one of Japan's three great soba noodles.
