The "Extreme Course" starts with three kinds of appetizers, followed by a sea treasure salad of colorful vegetables and luxurious caviar, and a super-large! Freshly caught fish served in a boat-shaped seafood platter. You can enjoy a luxurious meal of three types of seasonal tempura, such as seared tuna with grated ponzu sauce and cream-fried crab claws, four types of large skewers of yakiton, Uoichi's proud Hokkaido snow crab grilled over an open flame, and grilled lobster with cheese! The nigiri sushi of the day is served with a lobster miso soup to finish off the meal!
